British Airways is utilising Emu Analytics’ real-time digital twin software to underpin the “Mission Control” solution in its Integrated Operations Centre(IOC), enabling a smoother, safer, and more efficient turnaround operation at BA’s Hub, Heathrow Airport.

With Mission Control’s intelligent and visual analytics, BA is benefiting from real-time situational awareness of its airside operations, enabling improved on-time-performance, reduced fuel burn (and associated carbon emissions),  whilst achieving cost savings and enhanced ability to manage risks and delays, ultimately helping deliver the best experience for their customers.

Our partnership with British Airways began in 2018 through IAG’s Hangar51 Innovation Accelerator for small companies. Today, Emu Analytics is proud to be an integral part of BA’s mission to deliver world-class airside operations.
